Hello Cougars!!! I am excited to be a part of the Magee Middle School team as the Dean of Students. I am going into my eighteenth year in education, and have served the past 12 years as both a high school and middle school assistant principal and dean. I am thrilled to be working in middle school and stepping into a role that focuses on behavior and the social emotional well being that is so needed to be successful socially and academically. I believe that behavior is a learning process and entirely linked to a student’s well being. I approach all situations with love and logic and stress the importance of respect and relationships in helping students be successful. I am very much looking forward to being of service inthe Magee community and contributing to building a positive building culture and climate for students. 

I have an open door policy and welcome any students/parents/guardians to reach out to me with any concerns or just to say hi. Thank you for welcoming me to the Round Lake community!!
